Welcome to Gada Bhavan Mayapur. By accessing our website, communicating with our front desk, or proceeding with a room reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These rules are implemented to ensure a safe, peaceful, and spiritually uplifting environment for all our guests in Sri Mayapur Dham.

1. Booking & Reservation Policy

• Room reservations are considered confirmed only upon the receipt of the specified advance payment.
• Guests must provide accurate details (Name, WhatsApp number, Email, and exact number of guests) during the booking process.
• Any special requests (such as early check-in, ground floor rooms, or specific room numbers) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard Check-in Time: 10:00 AM
• Standard Check-out Time: 09:00 AM
• ID Proof Requirement: In compliance with government regulations, it is mandatory for all guests (including accompanying family members) to present a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or Passport) at the time of check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
• Foreign nationals must present their original Passport and valid Visa upon arrival.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Guest House Rules & Code of Conduct

Gada Bhavan is situated in a sacred pilgrimage town. To honor the spiritual atmosphere, we strictly enforce a sattvic code of conduct:

• Pure Vegetarian Zone: The consumption, ordering, or storage of non-vegetarian food, meat, fish, eggs, onions, and garlic is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Zero Intoxication: The use of alcohol, smoking, e-cigarettes, pan masala, and any illicit substances is strictly banned inside the rooms, balconies, and all public areas.
• Peaceful Environment: Guests are expected to maintain a peaceful demeanor. Playing loud music or causing disturbances, especially during the resting hours of 9:00 PM to 4:00 AM, is not permitted.

4. Payment & Tariff Policy

• All room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice, except for reservations that have already been confirmed with an advance payment.
• The remaining balance of your booking must be settled in full at the time of check-in.
• We accept Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and IMPS Bank Transfers.

5. Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused to the guest house property, room furnishings, fixtures, or equipment during their stay. Management reserves the right to charge the guest for the cost of repair or replacement of any damaged items.

6. Liability & Security

• While we provide a secure environment, guests are responsible for the safety of their own valuables and belongings. The management will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest property.
• Guests are advised to ensure their room doors are securely locked when leaving the premises for parikrama or temple visits.

7. Right to Refuse Stay

Management reserves the absolute right of admission. We reserve the right to refuse check-in or ask a guest to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund, if they are found violating the guest house rules, misbehaving with the staff, or causing severe disturbances to other pilgrims.

8. Amendments to the Terms

Gada Bhavan Mayapur reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated terms will be published on this page and shall be effective immediately.
